Please note orders may ship from another location depending on availability which may impact delivery times. Please take advantage of our expedited shipping options if you need your order before a specific date.

Fast Shipping: Free shipping on all domestic orders over $99

Just because we offer free shipping for orders over $99 doesn’t mean it should take a long time. Most orders ship same day if placed by 3:00PM EST Monday - Friday. We believe that getting your CPAP items delivered quickly is very important and we stock nearly everything we sell. You can almost always expect to receive your order within 1-5 business days to anywhere within the United States.

Need your order faster?

We offer faster shipping options for every item, including UPS next-day, and 2-day air delivery. Shipping upgrade options and costs vary and can be determined during the checkout process, before any credit card details are needed. Selecting a shipping upgrade option will guarantee the delivery time.

Shipping Information

All domestic orders will be shipped USPS or UPS Ground unless otherwise specified. When you place your order online, you'll be able to select your preferred method of shipment directly at checkout. All shipping methods and costs will be displayed prior to selection. AdaptHealth Marketplace uses United States Postal Service (USPS) for most shipping in the continental US. We also use USPS/UPS as an option for those customers wishing to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO and other US territoties. For shipping to Guam and the US Virgin Islands we use United States Postal Service (USPS). Shipping methods determined at checkout will depend on the service availability in your zip code. All CPAP/BiPAP machines, batteries, and the SoClean Sanitizer will ship and be insured by UPS.

Shipping to a PO Box?

Orders shipping to PO boxes are always shipped via the US Postal Service (USPS). All standard shipping and service rates apply.

Shipping Recommendations for orders under $99

We recommend selecting USPS Priority Mail if purchasing a mask or CPAP part. It will be delivered in 1-3 business days to anywhere within the United States with prices starting at $7.75 if the total purchase order is less than $99. All CPAP/BiPAP machines and batteries will ship and be insured by UPS. We offer First Class mail as a low-cost shipping solution. If your order doesn't qualify for free shipping, and you are not in a rush, we recommend that you try this option for the most savings.

International Shipping

All international orders will be shipped by Priority US Mail International unless otherwise specified. Delivery time is 6-10 business days and includes delivery status information. Express Mail International is a faster service that we offer. Delivery time is 3-5 business days and includes delivery status information. Due to the unpredictability of international shipping and customs, delivery times and additional fees for international orders can vary. Shipping charges will not be reimbursed for international customers who refuse or mail back a shipment. It is the responsibility of international customers to understand all duties, fees, and taxes that might occur in customs before placing an order.

All shipping services are performed by AdaptHealth, independent of the manufacturer.

Shipping Errors

Any discrepancy, including wrong items or missing items, must be reported to AdaptHealth within 2 days of receipt. If all representatives are busy, please email status@adapthealthmarketplace.com and include your name, daytime phone number, order number and we will return your call. The time of your email will be documented. AdaptHealth will not be responsible for lost or damaged shipments discovered after 2 days.
