AdaptHealth Marketplace strives to bring its customers a hassle-free and reliable experience when shopping for CPAP products online. We truly value our customers and want them to receive the best products to ensure effective sleep apnea treatment. 


We offer hundreds of products customers can choose from to best fit their needs to avoid CPAP patients having to return an item. Multiple sizes of many products are also offered to provide a customized experience to all who order from AdaptHealth Marketplace. Mask Return Policy

If you are not fully satisfied with the CPAP mask you ordered, you can return it for a full refund of the product’s price. This does not include shipping costs if you had any. We also offer a 30-day Mask Guarantee, which gives the user 30 days to test a mask out. You can return the CPAP mask within 30 days of the date the item was delivered. Please note that you are responsible for return shipping costs.


AdaptHealth Marketplace’s 30-Day Mask Guarantee Policy is only applicable to those who live in the contiguous United States. We reserve the right to refuse the policy to anyone we deem to be taking advantage of it. For further questions about our policy, please call us at 800-955-6330.

Unwanted Item Return Information

Non-defective, unused, and unopened products, including CPAP machines, supplies, and batteries must be returned in their original packaging within 30 days of the shipping date. A 15% return processing fee will be taken from the original payment before a credit is issued. All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization form. The customer is responsible for any return shipping charges. Please contact us to begin your return.

Defective Product Return Information 

If the product you purchased is within the warranty period and you notice it is defective, please call us. We will give you a return authorization number (RMA number). AdaptHealth Marketplace will speak with the manufacturer on your behalf regarding this product. According to most warranty policies, manufacturers will fix or replace the defective item with the exact or similar item. AdaptHealth Marketplace is not liable for any shipping costs that may come out of any situation.
