The myTAP Oral Appliance for Sleep Apnea helps reduce snoring and gasping by gently advancing your lower jaw to support a clearer airway. It is a customizable, non-PAP option for mild to moderate OSA, backed by peer-reviewed studies.
You heat-mold the thermoplastic upper and lower trays for a secure fit, then fine-tune comfort using the external adjustment dial over a few nights. A slim design makes nighttime wear easier, the Mouth Shield helps minimize dryness and promote nasal breathing, and the AM Aligner helps your bite settle each morning. Optional vertical shims (sold separately) add tongue space. Prescription required.
