Product Overview
The Medistrom Pilot Flex Travel CPAP Battery delivers reliable, portable power so your therapy keeps going on trips and during outages. It supports both 12V and 24V machines automatically, is FAA/TSA compliant at 98Wh, and uses a durable aluminum shell in a compact, carry-on-friendly design. Expect up to 16 hours of runtime on many setups, and link a second Pilot Flex when you want longer coverage.
Recharge by AC adapter, USB-C, car charger, or a solar panel. The Pilot Flex ships with a cable for the ResMed AirMini; cables for other machines are sold separately. If you travel with a compact CPAP, pair it with the ResMed AirMini AutoSet Travel CPAP Machine. For more Medistrom options, explore our Medistrom collection.
