This is the replacement headgear for the Philips Respironics Full Face CPAP Mask. It includes back-of-head support and four adjustable straps to give users a comfortable and stable fit. The soft fabric rests on the back of the head to reduce any discomfort. 

Maintenace - Respironics DreamWear Full Face Mask Replacement Headgear

This product should be washed with warm water and soap every week. Allow it to completely air dry before attaching it to the mask. Additionally, replace this headgear every 6 months or sooner if necessary.
