Your new mask comes pre-packed with all 3 nasal cushion sizes. Having additional cushions on hand in case of emergency is beneficial. Cushions typically last six months with constant use and then typically need to be replaced.
Small P30i Nasal Pillow
Since the AirFit frame supports both nasal cushions and pillows, you can quickly and easily switch between a cushion and pillow without changing masks. The flexible dual wall nasal pillow sits low on the face and is available in 3 sizes.
ResMed AirFit N30i headgear ( 1/4 turn )
Your new mask comes assembled with headgear. Headgear is recommended to be replaced every 6 months. After many nights of use and washings, headgear can become overly stretched and result in mask leakage or over tightening.

    The ResMed AirFit N30i Nasal CPAP Mask is a lightweight CPAP mask with a top-of-head tubing design, contoured nasal cushion, and flexible frame, suitable for a range of CPAP patients and sleeping positions. The compact design of this mask provides a successful, comfortable treatment that makes only minimal contact with the face, preventing soreness and irritation.

    Low-profile Design

    The N30i Nasal CPAP Mask provides maximum visibility because of its low-profile, under-the-nose design. This allows users to wear glasses, read a book, or watch TV without having their CPAP mask in the way. In addition to its minimal design, this mask only minimally makes contact with the face, reducing red marks and skin irritation. 

    Under-the-nose Cradle Cushion

    This mask features a curved cradle cushion that gently rests under the nose instead of covering it, remaining intact against the base of the user’s nose. This provides a comfortable and stable seal that will last all night long. By gently resting under the nose, this cushion allows patients to wake up without any soreness, irritation, or red marks.

    Minimally Built

    The AirFit N30i Nasal CPAP Mask has a modern and flexible design with a hollow frame that allows optimal airflow. This reduces the need for any extra tubing or bulkiness, increasing overall comfort and success. 

    Top-of-Head Connection

    The N30i is equipped with a top-of-head tubing design and elbow connection that rotates 360 degrees to give users more mobility while asleep. This connection moves with a patient as they change sleeping positions throughout the night, allowing for me freedom of movement.

    QuietAir Vent Technology

    This mask uses pinhole vents to diffuse air as a patient exhales. This innovative feature, QuietAir Vent technology, gently spreads air out to reduce the noise coming from the mask, resulting in a more peaceful sleeping environment for the user and their bed partner.

    How to Clean

    1. Disassemble the mask.
    2. Wash the headgear and outside of the wraps in mild soap and water.
    3. Submerge the mask frame in mild soap and water, so that the soapy water can pass through the frame.
    4. Clean the cushions with CPAP mask wipes, removing any buildup or bacteria by hand
    5. Allow all parts to air dry away from direct sunlight before reassembling and using again.

    Will the ResMed AirFit N30i mask cover my nose and mouth?
    The AirFit N30i is designed to provide freedom of movement so you can sleep in the position you find most comfortable, including your side and stomach. The curvature of the cushion and the grip from the SpringFit frame will assist in keeping the mask in place under your nose as you move
    Is the ResMed AirFit N30i as effective at delivering the correct therapy as a mask with the tube in the front?
    The AirFit N30i provides effective therapy from any sleep position. Even when you are lying on your side, when air flow could potentially be reduced through one side of the frame, the mask will still continue delivering the prescribed therapy by compensating through the other side.
    Does the AirFit N30i make more noise than other CPAP masks? Will it keep my partner awake if we are sleeping close to each other?
    The sound level of the AirFit N30i is within the same range as other nasal masks. Conductive noise through the mask may be heard by some users, however, other users tell us they prefer the freedom of movement and less obtrusive top-of-the-head tube design of AirFit N30i over masks with tubes at the front.
    Is it more difficult to get the ResMed AirFit N30i mask on and off than other CPAP masks?
    The AirFit N30i was specifically designed to slide on and off quickly to make your bedtime routine easier.     Is the ResMed AirFit N30i Nasal Mask cushion replaceable?
    Not only is the N30i cushion replaceable, it can be replaced with a different size. Additionally, the  headgear and frame can be replaced. The N30i will come prepackaged full assembled and will include 3 different size cushions.
