Universal Design

The AirFit F40 is designed for all types of CPAP patients, especially those looking for a full face mask that is lightweight and compact. Making only minimal contact with the face, this mask is unlike other full face masks while still delivering strong and effective treatment every night. 

Comfortable Fit

Unlike traditional CPAP masks, the F40 is ultra-compact and minimally built, designed to provide extreme comfort and simplicity to therapy. Its flexible frame allows users to have a free field of vision to read a book or watch TV before bed and also sleep in multiple positions during the night. Its frame is fully flexible and has fabric sleeves (not included) that add even more comfort and gentleness around the face.

Fully Adjustable Headgear

The headgear of the F40 is built with multiple adjustment points to help sleep apnea patients find their best fit. The four adjustment points include magnetic clips that easily snap on and off and a quick-release elbow for quick connection and disconnection in case the user has to get up in the middle of the night. This headgear gently fits and accommodates a range of users and its minimal design matches the overall theme of the mask.

AdaptiSeal Cushion

The F40 features a total silicone AdaptiSeal™ cushion that is stable and secure. This cushion rests gently under the nose and adapts to a range of facial shapes and sizes. Its soft yet reliable seal avoids irritation on the face, resulting in more comfortable, effective performance. 

QuietAir™ Diffused Venting

Integrated into the F40’s cushion is QuietAir technology. This innovative feature diffuses noise coming from the mask, especially during exhalation,  to provide a quieter and uninterrupted sleeping environment.

Strong User Feedback

In a ResMed external clinical study of existing PAP patients using the AirFit F40:

• 96% of surveyed patients said they had the freedom to sleep in their preferred position and change positions through the night.
• 100% of surveyed patients found it overall easy to use.
