It is the smallest and lightest design Philips has ever come out with yet. It weighs only 6 pounds but still has the capability to deliver oxygen in 5 different pulse settings. It even provides about 20% more oxygen compared to some of its competitors.

The SimplyGo Mini can run for up to 4.5 hours with a standard battery and up to 9 hours with an extended battery (on a pulse dose setting of 2). Its sleek and compact design allows for this POC to be FAA-approved, for use on an airplane, cruise ships, and more.

About Touch-Screen Display on the SimplyGo Mini Portable Oxygen Concentrator

The LCD touchscreen houses all of the device’s settings and modes. From this display, users can access menus and set their settings. They can also see reports, adjust the brightness, and more. 

Also on the display are symbols that indicate the status of the device. These symbols include charging status, alarms, and more. 

Tools Menu

There is a Tools Menu that can be accessed via the display menu as well. The tools menu includes Unit Information Menu, Brightness Menu, Touch Screen Audio Menu, Alarm Log Menu, and Language Selection Menu. 

Alarm Indicators

An alarm will sound at 56 dBa when something wrong is detected. There will be 1 beep that repeats every 16 seconds. Here is the list of alarms and what they indicate:

1. No Breath Alarm
   Make sure the cannula is connected to the device properly.
   Make sure the cannula is on your face properly and you are breathing through your nose. 
   Make sure there are no kinks or blockages in the cannula tubing. 
2. High Breath Rate Alarm
   Breathe slower or remove the cannula from your face for 30 seconds to reset the alarm
   If this alarm frequently goes off, call your equipment supplier
3. Low Oxygen Concentration Alarm
   Use a different source of oxygen
   Get in touch with your equipment supplier
4. Technical Fault Alarm
   Use a different source of oxygen
   Get in touch with your equipment supplier
5. Low Battery Alarm
   Recharge your device through an electrical outlet
   Replace the battery with a charged one
6. Warm-Up Indicator
   This indicator will appear on the screen when first starting it. It will clear itself once the device reaches the minimum rated oxygen purity. 
   Get in touch with your equipment provider if the alarm persists for hours
7. No Flow Alarm
   Check the cannula for kinks or blockages
   If the alarm persists, use a different source of oxygen and contact your equipment supplier
8. External Power Failure
   Connect the device to a battery
   Replace the power supply
9. Depleted Battery Alarm
   Connect the device to a battery
   Replace the power supply
