Shipping times may vary with non-expedited orders including UPS Ground. For the Standard/first class/and free shipping options, delivery times can estimate around 2-3 weeks. Please consider this when placing an order and if you need the order with haste. Please note that only Next day, 2nd day, and 3 Day select orders are considered expedited.

Contact centers are open Monday - Friday from 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM eastern time.

UPS calculates package transit times based on a 5-day shipping week. Therefore, a package shipped on Friday via 3 Day Select will be delivered on Wednesday and a package shipped on Friday via Next Day Air will be delivered on Monday and not on Saturday. If you're placing an order on Friday and need it Saturday, it would need to be shipped via Saturday delivery. Saturday delivery is not available everywhere. Please take this into account when making your shipping decisions.

Federal Regulations state that lithium-ion battery packs cannot be shipped via air unless they are contained within a device, like a CPAP machine. If you are purchasing just the battery, shipping options will be limited when a lithium-ion battery is in your shopping cart.

Please verify that all items are eligible for discounts. On the product page under the description, you will see; *This item is not eligible for further discounts. Those items will not reflect a promo code if entered.

All domestic orders for maternity and baby will be shipped via UPS Ground. Upgraded shipping methods such as UPS 2-Day and Next Day Air are available and must be selected at checkout. Shipping rates may vary depending on the zip code of the delivery address. International CPAP/BiPAP orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail International, unless otherwise specified.

Non-defective and unopened/unused maternity and baby items must be returned with their original packaging within 15 days of the shipping date in order to receive a refund, less the original shipping costs.

AdaptHealth Marketplace does not accept insurance but can provide a detailed invoice to submit to insurane for reimbursement. If you are interested in purchasing through insurance, we can also recommend speaking to Storkpump by AdaptHealth at 844-993-3740 or visit storkpump.com.

We dont deal directly with insurance but Insurance codes are provided on your invoice if you wish to provide them to your insurance for possible reimbursement.

We do not bill insurance directily on your behalf. We do provide insurance codes on your invoice which can be forwarded to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.
